A truly special mezcal, this variety of agave, it is common to find it forming fences between plots, at the end of its life, after 15 years, it makes an excellent mezcal, herbal in the nose with some spicy notes, in the mouth the taste is extraordinary You can feel the terroir of Oaxaca, it has great mineral richness and a smooth finish, definitely a versatile variety, to take in sips or fresh cocktails.
