An impressive offering from the Dalmore, this 2023 release of 30-year-old single malt spent its time maturing in bourbon barrels before finishing off in a selection of rare Port pipes. These included a cask that previously held a Graham's 1982 single harvest Port, alongside other rare single harvest expressions. Expect plenty of jammy plums, dark chocolate, and toasted marzipan here.
