COCKTAIL RECIPE

Crop Cucumber Collins

2 oz Crop Cucumber Vodka
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
4 slices cucumber
Club soda, to top off
Garnish: mint and cucumber

Muddle cucumber slices, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a collins glass. Add Crop Cucumber Vodka and ice. Top off with club soda and garnish with mint and cucumber

Fresh and Fizzy

1 oz Crop Cucumber Vodka
3 oz fresh cucumber juice*
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
Seltzer water
Garnish: lime and cucumber slices

Peel cucumbers, then chop into small pieces. Add to blender with 1/3 cup of water and blend. Pour through a mesh strainer and serve.

Stir Crop Cucumber Vodka, the juices, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Cool in fridge for at least an hour. Pour into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Top with seltzer water and garnish with lime and cucumber.
